Biography

Charles Rogers is a professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Colorado Boulder. He works in the area of experimental condensed matter physics and materials physics. He studies the behavior of small devices fabricated with electron-beam lithography, of reduced dimensional systems, of nonlinear dielectric materials, nanowire systems, and studies the physics of fluctuations and noise in very small electronic, optical and mechanical devices, with an eye on possible technological applications.
