Biography

Cloneria Jatileni is an educator and researcher hailing from the Republic of Namibia. She possesses the qualifications and credentials that enable her to provide education in a diverse array of subjects, notably including information communication technology (ICT), information communication, mathematics, quantitative research methods and educational psychology spanning the spectrum of educational levels. In the year 2018, Jatileni attained a Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of Eastern Finland. This laudable achievement followed her prior graduation from the University of Namibia in 2015, where she earned a Bachelor's Honors Degree in her academic journey. In her unwavering pursuit of enhancing her leadership acumen, Cloneria Jatileni embarked on a transformative journey in 2017, enrolling in the African Leadership Institute in Namibia and successfully completing a Certificate in Transformational Leadership. Her ardent passion is firmly rooted in the integration of ICT into the pedagogical process and fervently engages in scholarly research endeavours. With an unyielding commitment to fostering a transformative educational landscape in her native Namibia, Jatileni ardently embraces the timeless ethos of "teach what you research and research what you teach." In the year 2021, Jatileni embarked upon a profound academic odyssey, setting forth on the demanding path to pursue her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education at the University of Eastern Finland. Furthermore, she is a participant in collaborative research undertakings, including those that promote teacher education development between the University of Eastern Finland, and partner universities in Finland, and Africa
