Biography

I am a motivated and self-driven academic with a passion to contribute to teaching, learning, faith integration, scholarship, governance, leadership, administration, and community engagement.
My teaching philosophy is student-centered to support students through the learning process for academic and personal success.
My research philosophy is inter-disciplinary to enhance collaboration in knowledge sharing curriculum development and community impact.
My leadership is guided by excellence, continuous improvement, process and cost efficiency, collaboration, mentorship, support, and interdisciplinarity.
I have tertiary level academic, research governance and community engagement experience in the business and management field in Australia and overseas.
