Biography

My research interests include Positive Organisational Scholarship and how positive and strength-based approaches can be taken in developing leadership and management theory, as well as frameworks to support practice.

I am passionate about my role in higher education and keeping the focus on higher education as a public good rather than a unit of economic output.

Kindness, compassion and excellence articulate my professional and personal values.
