Biography
Assistant professor with a demonstrated history of working in the host-microbe interactions.
My research revolves around understanding the molecular mechanisms which define the fate of host-microbe interactions and how microbes adapt to new host. I primarily study fungal interactions with different hosts (plants, insects and animals) using a combination of molecular genetics techniques with computational and quantitative genomics.
