Biography
Rosina Moreno (Ph. D.) is Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Barcelona. She was a visiting scholar at the Regional Research Institute of the West Virginia University during the school year 1997-1998 and in the Bruton Center for Development Studies of the University of Texas at Dallas in the fall semester of the school year 1998. She was also visiting the CRENOS Center at Sardignia during the summer of 2002. Her teaching areas are mainly on Econometrics. Her current research interests are focus on regional growth, public and human capital impact, sectoral and regional externalities, spatial econometrics, innovation capabilities in SMEs and innovation diffusion.
