Biography

Eurídice Jorge Pedrosa: Doctoral researcher in Urban Planning at Division of Global Architecture, Osaka University (Japan). She is a trained architect with a BSc in Architecture and Urbanism from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, Recife (Brazil) and urban planner with a Master of Engineering (Urban Planning) from Osaka University (Japan). Her research explores the planning and management of urban neighbourhoods drawing on the relationship between the social and the spatial dimensions. Her current project is on the availability, accessibility and significance of informal green spaces in the peripheral areas of Luanda, Angola.
