Biography

Thiago Sá de Paiva received his B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Sao Paulo, Sao Carlos, Brazil, in 2006. Has experience in mechanical engineering and project management in various industries, such as aluminum industry and home appliances industry. Received his MSc in Biomedical Engineering at Federal University of Uberlandia and currently is pursuing PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the same university. Interests include: robotics, exoskeletons, biosignal data processing, control engineering, assistive technology, rehabilitation technologies, 3D printing, R programming and statistics, teaching and research.
