Biography
PhD in Veterinary Medicine (Veterinary Hygiene and Technological Processing of Products of Animal Origin), by the Fluminense Federal University (2021), with a FAPERJ scholarship, PhD grade 10. Master in Veterinary Medicine (Veterinary Hygiene and Technological Processing of Products of Animal Origin), by Fluminense Federal University (2018). Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Fluminense Federal University (2016). He has experience in molecular biology, during a period at the Institute of agrochemistry and food technology - IATA (Lactorate of lactic bacteria), at the Fundación para el Fomento de la Investigación Sanitaria y Biomédica de la Comunitat Valenciana (Fisabio) and at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Postdoctoral fellow at the Nucleus of Food Analysis (NAL/LADETEC) - Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Has experience in the area of Hygiene, Technology and Food Inspection, with emphasis on contamination by metals and metalloids in fish products and risk assessment to the health of the consumer population, chemical contamination of aquatic organisms, microbiological control of products of animal origin, physical- chemist of products of animal origin, health surveillance and quality control in collective feeding.
