Biography

Misaa Nassir. has a Ph.D. in Management and leadership of education systems. Misaa is a lecturer at Al-Qasemi Academic College of Education. Misaa's research interests include educational minorities, participative decision-making, paternalistic leadership, school violence, teachers’ behaviors and well-being, cross-cultural analysis, comparative research, and quantitative research methods.
