Through my research, as International PhD, I aim to contribute to the development of new solutions and insights that will enable businesses to thrive in a rapidly changing landscape.

Business dynamization is essential for the efficiency and survival of organizations in a globalized and constantly evolving environment. Understanding the role of individuals, adaptation to change, and the influence of technology in this process has been a key focus of my research in its early years.

Derived from business management, various variables centered on efficiency and organizational performance have been introduced, enabling quantitative analyses that contribute to improved management and corporate control.
