Biography
I studied History and Political Science. I have a Phd in Contemporary History from University of Zaragoza with international distinction. Extraordinary Doctorate Award (2021). Accredited as “profesor ayudante doctor” by the ANECA (December 2020). Number of citations (Google Scholar Metrics): 15. H Index: 3 (since 2017). 2 books and 1 book chapter in SPI. 4 papers indexed at Scopus and Web of Science, 1 of them not published yet. Currently, member of the work team of 1 international project and 2 national projects.
My doctoral research took me to carry out research internships at the Universities of Coimbra, El Colegio de México, Barcelona and the University of the Basque Country. Previously, in 2014, I worked as a researcher at Research Seminar for Peace and I went to Stockholm as a visiting researcher.
In 2021, I have been a postdoctoral researcher at the Madrid Open University (UDIMA). Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher "Margarita Salas" at the Department of Contemporary History at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM).
I have published Feminists for Peace with Icaria Editorial. A book of international impact about feminism and pacifism in the first half of the 20th century in Spain and Latin America. Recently, I have presented this research in the “4th. Peacebuilding Congress with a Gender Perspective” at the Ibeoamerican University of México (October 2020).
I have also published an article in Arenal, one of the most prestigious journals in Gender studies in Spain. I have published papers and other articles in several scientific journals, as well as I have organized international conferences such as VI International Meeting of Young Researchers in History Contemporary (2017).
I have participated in some national and international research projects. During my phd period, I colaborated like teacher at the History degree (University of Zaragoza, 2016-2018) and I have carried out activities for non-specialized public such as the short film Una transición en femenino about the feminist movement in the seventies or the exhibition “One Hundred Years of Women's International League for Peace and Freedom” presented at The Hague (Netherlands) in Women’s Power to Stop War Congress (2015).
