 M.Sc. in Food Engineering, Federal University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande, RS, Brazil. Dissertation title: “Adsorption of food dyes onto chitosan”.
 B.Sc. in Food Engineering, Federal University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande, RS, Brazil. Project title: “Production of chitosan from shrimp wastes and its application as biopolymeric films”.
