Biography

I examine how motor and sensory signals interact to maintain a person’s balance while standing or walking. Specifically, I am interested in how these pathways are disrupted following mild traumatic brain injury and how to best rehabilitate movement deficits. I utilize novel portable wireless motion sensors to quantify objective measurements of motor and sensory function.
