Biography
Ana Minguez is Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Zaragoza. Her research interests are in the field of pro-social behavior, with particular focus on the study of societally responsible behaviors. Her research has covered aspects such as how individual, contextual, and social factors influence the predisposition of individuals to engage in pro-social behaviors, such as donations and how individuals develop successful relationships with nonprofit organizations. She has published her studies in various scientific journals including Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Management and Journal of Service Theory and Practice, among others. Her work has regularly been presented at national (AEMARK, ACEDE) and international marketing conferences, such as European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC), Frontiers in Service Conference, or INFORMS Marketing Science. She has been a visiting scholar at the University of Twente (Netherlands). Ana obtained her PhD in Economics and Business Management with the distinctions of Cum Laude and International Doctorate. During her PhD studies she was a visiting PhD student at the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics (Lisbon) and obtained a FPU scholarship from the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. She has participated in several research projects supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness and Aragon Government.
