Biography

Pollution & medical affordability are invincible demons for mankind and chemistry at its nano-dimensions offers a scope of their solution. This motivated me to push my limits for a crisscross to these ailments. I understood them through my Basic and Master’ Science degree and I became University double-gold medalist. An initial research brush-up under the guidance of Disting. Prof. Lallan Mishra from BHU, Dr Mrinmoy De from IISc Bangalore and Prof. K.G. Thomas from IISER TVM on Chemistry of biology-nanomaterial interactions. Stride lengths grew and I became the first time University PMRF. I research facilitating the synthesis of chiral bio-pharmaceutics and synthons through novel green heterogeneous organic/nanocatalysts and understanding their inherent mode of action through DFT computations. My doctoral research is based on aqueous phase asymmetric catalysis under the supervision of Prof. Kalluri V.S. Ranganath and Disting. Prof. Lallan Mishra.
