Biography

I have a first degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick (with intercalated year at Université de Genève), a PhD in Education from the University of Glasgow, and a PhD in Computing Science (focusing on ecological modelling), both from the University of Glasgow.

I currently have two positions at the University of Glasgow. As a Research Fellow, I work on applied theory problems in ecology, using computational/mathematical modelling approaches. As a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education, I work on science and mathematics education, using a combination of primary and secondary data collection. I have also worked in software development in Geneva.
