Biography
Professor Qing received his PhD in 2008 from the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences at Wuhan University (China). Then he joined the Bio- and Nano-Interface group at the Physics Institute, Muenster University (Germany), as a postdoctoral researcher under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Taolei Sun (owner of Sofja Kovalevskaja Award). From 2011 to 2017, he worked at the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Materials Synthesis and Processing, at Wuhan University of Technology (China), as a Chutian Distinguished Professor of Hubei Province, China. In 2018, he created an independent research group in CAS Key Laboratory of Separation Science for Analytical Chemistry, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His main research interests include Biomolecule-responsive polymers, bio-interfaces, nanopore sensing, glycan separation and analysis, smart bio-separation materials and post-translational modification proteomics. By far, he has published more than 165 papers, including J. Am. Chem. Soc. (6), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (3), Adv. Mater. (7), Nat. Commun. (3), Sci. Adv., Acc. Chem. Res., Chem. Soc. Rev. (2), Mater. Today, Chem. Sci. (5), Adv. Funct. Mater. (2), Adv. Sci., ACS Nano (3), Nano Lett., NPG Asia Mater. (5), ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces (9), TrAC Trends in Anal. Chem. (6), Anal. Chem. (7), Small (5), Chem. Eng. J. and others. He has been in charge of six projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project supported by DICP Innovation Funding for new group.
