Biography

I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in the fields of business management and education. Currently, I serve as the Chairperson for the Management & International Management Department at the Lebanese International University, where I provide strategic leadership and foster an environment of academic excellence and innovation.

My academic journey includes a PhD in Business Management from Girne American University, where I specialized in the relationship between transactional leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. I also hold an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Lebanese American University, graduating with distinction.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to enhancing organizational performance and student success through a combination of strategic planning, effective leadership, and a passion for teaching. As an instructor, I teach a diverse range of courses including Introduction to Business Management, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, and Global Strategic Management. My role also encompasses significant administrative responsibilities such as student counseling, change of major control, and transfer guiding.

In addition to my teaching and leadership roles, I have contributed to numerous research projects and publications. My work has been featured in reputable journals like KEPES, Journal of Law and Sustainable Development, and Administrative Sciences. These publications explore critical topics such as emotional intelligence, employee retention, and digital transformation in business.

I possess strong skills in communication, data analysis, and strategic planning, which have been instrumental in my administrative and research assistant roles at the Lebanese American University. My professional experiences also include positions in the banking and airline industries, where I honed my skills in customer service and financial operations.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, I am dynamic, creative, and highly organized, with a keen eye for detail. I thrive under pressure and am motivated by the challenges of leading and innovating within my field. I am continually seeking opportunities to grow and contribute to the success of my institution and its students.
