Biography

My major is Life Sciences of Ecosystem and my research topics are ecology and conservation biology. I mainly focus on molecular ecology and evolution of freshwater and land snails populations both in China and Japan. I also focus on analyses of single-cell RNA sequencing data of human cancer using biological information methods such as machine learning. Now I am a postdoc researcher at Anhui University.
