Hazim H. Hussain
[ Professor] [Ph.D in Atmospheric Science / Renewable Energy]
• The head of the atmospheric science dep. from 2019-2022
• Since 2001 and until now I work in the field of academic teaching and scientific research, Outside and inside Iraq.
• A member of the teaching staff at University of Mustansiriyah College of Science, Department of Atmospheric Science, Since 2005.
• Specialized in Atmospheric Sciences – Applied Solar Energy, and I have a patent and a number of published research and supervision of MS and PhD students in specialization.
• Professional journalist, specifically in the field of television news reports.
• Work in the field of environmental advisory and drafting of environmental laws and legislation and review the relevant international agreements and treaties.
• Practice of secretarial and management the works of the Iraqi Minister of Health.
• language skills: good in Arabic, good in English.
• Holds dozens of thanks and appreciation letters from ministers, university presidents, deans of colleges, heads of departments, government agencies members of parliament and civil society organizations.
• Ph.D. : [2006-2007] from University of Mustansiriyah College of Science, department of Atmospheric Science specialized in desalination water by solar energy.
• M.Sc. : [2000-2001] from University of Mustansiriyah College of science, department of Atmospheric Science specialized in effect of the atmosphere on Landsat satellite images.
• B.Sc. : [1997-1998] fromUniversity of Mustansiriyah College of science, department of Meteorology Science.
