Biography
Dr Le Ba Phong is an Associate Professor in Business Management at Hanoi University of Industry. His research subjects include knowledge management, innovation, leadership, organizational culture, entrepreneurship, human resource management and social responsibility.
Dr Le Ba Phong has published 75 articles, of which 45 are in the ISI/Scopus list, H-index is 34, citation is nearly 4500.
In 2023 Dr Phong is among the top 100,000 most influential scientists in the world by the Ranking of 100,000 influential people based on the most cited scientific articles. The list was published in the journal PLoS Biology. The ranking uses Scopus database (part of Elsevier Publishing) from 1960 to October 2023.
