Biography

Graduated from the University of Calcutta in 1984 and received doctorate degree from IIT, Kharagpur in 1991, Dr. Pal is a full professor at the Institute of Physics, Autonomas University of Puebla, Mexico since 1995. His main areas of research include Nanostructures (of all types), their fabrication, characterization and technological applications. The principal application fileds of the developed nanostructures include Energy, Ambiental, optoelectronics, and biomedicine.
