Biography

Daniel Törőcsik, M.D., Ph.D is a dermatologist and a clinical immunologist, holding a position as a clinician and group leader at the University of Debrecen, Hungary.

His research focuses on sebocytes, the primary lipid producing cells of the skin, and their contribution to acne pathogenesis. His team “Sebaceous-immunobiology Research Group”, is recognized worldwide.

He is involved in numerous national and international networks, Board member of the Hungarian Dermatological Society and the secretary of its Acne and Rosacea workgroup.
