Biography

Dear colleagues,
below I briefly describe the essence of my scientific activity.

Title of scientific work: Study of nonlinear optical phenomena in silicon nanowires + spheres

The Project will combine cutting-edge SiNW membrane fabrication methods, to develop a new flexible Si-based IR-to-Vis technology, and to address scalability of flexible SiNW devices. The novel concept of second harmonic generators based on Si materials will be studied.
