Biography

Dominique Geoffrion is pursuing her medical degree (MDCM) at McGill University. She received her Honors Bachelor's degree in Biomedical sciences from the Université de Montréal in 2017. As part of McGill's MD-PhD program, she recently completed her PhD degree in Experimental Surgery at McGill University. Under the joint supervision of Dr. Mona Harissi-Dagher at the Department of Ophthalmology of the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) and Dr. Robert K. Koenekoop at the Department of Ophthalmology at McGill University, her research has improved the surgical management and the understanding of mechanisms of glaucoma following Boston keratoprosthesis surgery.
