Biography

Introduction:
Safie Abdullah is a PhD student at Universiti Sains Malaysia's School of Aerospace Engineering in Penang, Malaysia. His doctoral research focuses on hydrokinetic turbines, design through experiments, and the CFD approach. His research interests include Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI), Renewable Energy, Turbulence Modelling, Aerodynamics, Composite Structures (FEA), Reactive Flow Modeling (Chemical Species), and External Combustion Engines (Stirling Engine).
