Biography

Ivan Babichuk received his master's degree in physics from Faculty of Physics Chernivtsi National University (Ukraine) in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, he worked towards his doctorate degree at the Institute of Semiconductor Physics, NAS of Ukraine (Ukraine). In 2017, he joined the research group of Prof. Junle Qu at the Shenzhen University of Shenzhen as a PostDoc fellow. Since 2019, he is working at School of Mechanical and Automation Engineering and Jiangmen Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing of Polymer Materials at Wuyi University (P.R. China). His research interests include the grown, fabrication and application of semiconductors for sensors. Particular focus is given to flexible and printed electronics for bio-sensing and implantable applications.
