Biography

Zaila Oliveira holds a PhD in Management – ​​Specialization in Marketing and Strategy – from the University of Porto, Portugal. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Maia and a Guest Adjunct Professor at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto – ISCAP. He is a collaborating member of NECE-Center for Studies in Business Sciences at the University of Beira Interior and the Center for Organizational and Social Studies at the Polytechnic of Porto (CEOS.PP). His research interests are: marketing, consumer behavior, tourism and sustainability.
