Biography
Graduated in Food Engineering (Federal University of Ceará - 2006), master's degree in Food Engineering and Science (Federal University of Rio Grande - 2009) and PhD. in Engineering and Food Science (Federal University of Rio Grande - 2012). Currently, is an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of São Paulo and has published more than 40 articles in specialized journals and several works in the annals of events. Reserach experience in the area of Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on Bioprocesses, Production and Purification of Bioproducts, Natural Pigments such as Anthocyanins and Phycocyanins, Nanoencapsulation, Thermal Stability and Antioxidant Activity of Pigments and Natural Extracts.
