Biography

Adam Flizikowski works at University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz, Poland. He holds PhD (2023) and master of science (2000) from University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz. His main field of research is 4G/5G and recently 6G networks and especially the topics of RRM including admission and congestion control and multiple-access techniques (like NOMA) in 5G networks. He holds track record of active participation to 15+ R&D projects where he participated as project manager or researcher since 2006. He holds ITILv3 and Prince2 Practitioner certificates. He is author of ca 70 papers, has co-supervised ca 50 master students. He co-authors 5 patents. He has skills for AI/ML algorithms design, STM32 programming, broadband networks and more. He can program in Matlab, C and additionally has basic skills in Java programming.
