Associate Professor at Titu Maiorescu University, Bucharest, Faculty of Economic Sciences (Courses and Seminars at Bachelor and Master cycle, disciplines “Corporate Finance”, “Money and credit”, “Monetary economics”, “Corporate governance standards”, "Corporate Social Responsibility" etc). PhD in Economics (2008). Head of the Quality Assurance Committee in Titu Maiorescu University (2016-2024). Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences (Titu Maiorescu University) between 2020-2024, Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences since July 2024. Trainer in financial education programmes for teachers at Institute of Financial Studies (Financial Supervisory Authority) since 2021. The main research interests are: corporate finance, budgeting, public finance, banking, corporate governance, capital markets, private and public investments, corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship, sustainable development. Professional experience: 15 books, over 60 research papers, articles and scientific studies, over 35 participations in national and international scientific symposia and conferences. Member of the research team in 10 research projects. Expert and trainer in 12 EU-funded projects. Membership in associations like Romanian Association of Finance and Banks(ROFIBA), The Association for Reforming the Tax System.
