Biography

Giovanni Perin received his BSc and MSc degrees in Information Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering in 2017 and 2019, respectively, from the University of Padova, Italy. He spent six months as a visiting student during his Master's Thesis at the Technical University of Dresden, Germany, working on learning algorithms for broadcast routing. He is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Padova, and his research topic is about optimization in distributed systems, Multi-access Edge Computing and Federated Learning.
