REGIONAL ORGANIZATION OF HEMATOLOGY
Since my arrival un the Centre region in 2006, I have continued the work of my mentor Philippe Colombat, who created a regional network of physicians involved in hematology patient care. We organize two annual meetings and videoconferencing for difficult hematology cases.
I have contributed to the creation of talking groups for children of patients fighting cancer.
We are in the process of building an extension to the hematology department in order to be able to treat all the leukemias and allogeneic transplantations for patients of the region.
