Biography

Chih-Wei Kuo received the Ph.D. in education from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He has academic backgrounds in both education and linguistics. His main research areas of interest focus on learning science and instructional technology, with a special interest in inquiry-based learning, self-directed learning, and technological applications in education. In addition, he has conducted research on academic writing and corpus-based content analysis. He has published research articles in Journal of Research on Technology in Education, International Journal of Information and Education Technology, Learning and Individual Differences, and Journal of Academic Language and Learning.
