Biography
My research interest lies in investigating the potential of natural polymeric biomaterials for tissue engineering, drug delivery and regenerative medicine inspired by the interfacial science of biomaterials, material engineering, cell biology and nanotechnology. Currently, I am actively pursuing research on cell fate by functionalizing and controlling biomaterial design to engineer in vitro tissues mimicking architecture to attain native functions for implantation. In addition, 3D bioprinting and in vitro disease models are being explored for biomedical applications.
