Gülay Tamer

Biography

Gülay Tamer is graduated from Istanbul University (IU) İstanbul Universty Public Relations 2004,İstanbul Universty Management Of Health Institions 2014, Anadolu Universty, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Healthcarae Management 2018, completed her Master's Degree in the Faculty in Arel University, Institute of Social Sciences , MBA, Administrative Sciences department, Istanbul University /Cerrahpasa Master Health Business Administration 2018 and Istanbul Gelisim University, Institute of Social Sciences Master Healthcare Management 2020.and received her Ph.D. from the same University in 2017 and Tamer continued another Phd education field of gastronomi since 2019, she has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at same universities. She has been teaching as a full-time Assoc.Prof at Istanbul Gelisim Universty since 2018. Currently she is continuing her duty as faculty member in the field of Healthcare Management at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of the same University. She works as the Head of the Department of Healthcare Management
She started his career at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1994 and continued at the International Hospital. after 1996. She served as the regional manager of Nutra slim slimming center and International Slimming Center. Assoc Prof Tamer served as the founding responsible manager of Medi Slim Health Centers, of which he was the founder, between 1997-2023. Tamer has been teaching full-time at Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) since 2018. Tamer, who is married and has one child, speaks Turkish and English.
