Biography
DAEHO LEE is an associate professor in the departmmet of mechanical engineering at Gachon University, Seongnam, Korea. He received his PhD degree in mechanical engineering from University of California, Berkeley, in 2012. Later that year, he started a postdoctoral fellow position at UC Berkeley and a project researcher at Lawrence Livermore National Lab till Feb. 2014. His main research interests are next generation, unconventional micro/nano fabrication approach development as an alternative to the conventional photolithography and vacuum deposition based processes. The novel micro/nano fabrication process development includes new material development, high resolution direct patterning process development, and specific application development.
