Biography

Francisco is a PhD in Economics and assistant researcher at BRU-ISCTE-IUL in Lisbon, and FCT Fellow in Portugal, developing a research project on Taxation in Africa and Tax Reform in Angola. He worked as a full-time researcher at the Research Center of the Catholic University of Angola and holds a MSc in Economics from the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. His Master´s Dissertation was on Diversification of the Angolan Exports Challenges and Benefits. Francisco was involved in the Research Projects on the Diversification of the Angolan Economy, the Angolan Fiscal Reform, Angola’s accession in the SADC free trade zone and in the Continental Zone, the China-Angola Economic Relations, Digital Economy, and Human Capital Development.
