Biography

Our objective is to design and provide relevant, efficient and specific molecular probes necessary to better understand Life in its complexity and to open novel therapeutic routes. We mainly focus on an important genetic, structural and functional class of receptors: the G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). We work along three lines :
Theme 1: Molecular diversity.
Theme 2: Chemobiology.
Theme 3: Therapy. 1) Cancer and inflammation. 2) Love and autism. 3) Cardiovascular diseases.
