IN A CURRENT CYCLE 3 FERMI GI PROJECT, WE ARE CARRYING OUT 2D PIC SIMULATIONS OF THE KELVIN-HELMHOLTZ-LIKE INSTABILITIES DEVELOPING ATTHE JET-SPINE INTERFACE OF RELAIVISTIC JETS WITH A HIGHLY RELATIVISTIC INNER JET (SPINE) SURROUNDED BY A MILDLY-RELATIVIS
