Biography

Full professor in the Marketing Department at ESG UQAM, I served as Vice-Dean of Research at ESG UQAM from 2016 to 2022. I currently lead the Observatoire de la consommation responsable (https://ocresponsable.com) and the GreenUXlab (Research Lab on New User Experiences and Eco-Responsibility - https://greenuxlab.uqam.ca/).

Specialized in positive impact consumption, I share my expertise both in academia (over 180 publications, including 70 in scientific journals) and in the professional world, notably through well-known indices such as the Barometer of Responsible Consumption in Quebec and the Kijiji Index of the Second-Hand Economy.

Recipient of several prestigious grants (FCI, SSHRC Insight, SSHRC Insight Development, SSHRC Partnership Engage, FRQNT, FQRSC New Researcher), I also collaborate with public, private, and associative organizations on applied research projects.
