Biography

Dr. Raed Awad Al-Ramahi obtained a Ph.D. in English Language Studies/American Literature from the Faculty of Languages and Communication at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin in Terengganu/Malaysia. The University of Jordan/Aqaba appointed him as a lecturer in 2010.
He was awarded Erasmus+. As a result of this funding, he began an extensive month-long training program in Rome, Italy, in 2007. He has authored several articles in indexed journals. He has recently received acceptance for several papers from very prestigious journals, including 3L: Language, Linguistics, Literature, Theory and Practice in Language Studies, and Communication and the Public. He functions as a permanent reviewer for various Scopus-indexed journals. His research interests encompass American literature, sociolinguistics, gender studies, and critical discourse analysis. Dr. Raed is a member of several committees and societies, including the Student Affairs Committee at the Faculty of Languages, University of Jordan/Aqaba.
