Biography
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry with Technological Attributions (2007-2010) and a Master's Degree in Chemistry (2011-2013) from the Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho," Institute of Chemistry of Araraquara, and a Ph.D. from the same university (2013-2016) with a focus on in the development of catalysts for the conversion of glycerol in dehydration and oxidative dehydration reactions, whose main products are compounds of petrochemical interest such as acrolein and acrylic acid, respectively. Zeolitic catalysts with hierarchical pore order and difunctional molybdenum and vanadium catalysts were characterized by in situ techniques such as X-ray diffraction and absorption (XAS), awarded "Doctoral Thesis in Catalysis" in 2017 by Evonik and the Brazilian Society of Catalysis and "Fisocat Young Investigator Award" by the Ibero-American Federation of Catalysis Societies in 2018. FAPESP Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Chemistry of Araraquara, I worked in the development of porous catalyst supports with alkaline properties for application in the production of molecular hydrogen by the steam reforming reaction of ethanol, in addition to the study of the Ni-Cu bimetallic system for the same reaction. In 2019/2020, I was a Research Internship Scholarship Abroad (BEPE) at Synchrotron SOLEIL (France), where I developed the characterization by X-ray absorption of Ni and Cu metals. I was a postdoctoral fellow of the Human Resources Program of the National Agency of Petroleum, Gas, and Biofuels at the Federal University of São Carlos, developing catalytic studies on reducing carbon dioxide between 2021 and 2022. Unesp, Bauru Campus of Unesp and Young Researcher, sponsored by FAPESP, whose project title is "In situ and operando studies of heterogeneous catalysts for the conversion of CO2."
