Biography
I am Dr. Shyam Sumanta Das, an applied mathematician specializing in computational mathematics. With a strong focus on solving real-world problems in biology and the environment, particularly in the fields of epidemiology and ecology.
I hold a Ph.D. in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) from India, where I honed my skills in developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. My postdoctoral research experiences in Portugal and Brazil further expanded my horizons and provided me with invaluable opportunities to collaborate with leading experts in different scientific and cultural contexts.
Throughout my career, my work has been published in peer-reviewed science journals, allowing me to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in my fields of interest. Now, I am excited to incorporate data science into my research, leveraging its power to gain new insights and drive progress in epidemiology and ecology.
