Biography

I am a dedicated PhD scholar specializing in Dairy Chemistry, bringing a year of diverse experience from my tenure at an NABL-accredited dairy product analysis laboratory. My expertise encompasses the realms of Quality Assurance and management within the dairy industry. My research focal point is in the crucial domain of Adulteration detection, where I endeavor to develop innovative methodologies for method validation, quality control, and method development for Food analysis using advanced techniques such as HPLC. My proficiency extends to a range of analytical instruments, including LC-IRMS, HPLC, GC, Texture Analyser, and UV spectroscopy, enabling me to harness the power of these tools for comprehensive research and insights. With a passion for advancing food safety and quality, I am committed to making meaningful contributions to the field of Dairy Chemistry through rigorous research and practical application.
