Biography

Kee Huong Lai is a lecturer attached to the School of Mathematical Sciences, Sunway University, Malaysia. He obtained his BSc (Education) with a major in mathematics from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2010, and subsequently, his PhD in Applied Mathematics (neural networks) from the same institution in 2016. His research interests include neural networks, machine learning, evolutionary computation, and metaheuristic algorithms, with application in biomedical signal processing, epileptic seizure detection and prediction, actuarial science, and engineering.
