Biography

Mohamed is a petroleum engineer with an educational background in geomechanics, petrophysics, rock physics, reservoir simulations, and machine learning applications. Currently, he is a PhD student at the University of Wyoming, focusing on underground hydrogen storage (UHS) for clean and sustainable energy transition. Also, He works as research scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory where he designs and runs reservoir simulations for UHS and he develops reduced-order models for hydrogen storage projects. Beside, he also worked on CCUS projects.
