João Salgado Regra

Biography

Invited Professor at ISCTE Executive Education in the Corporate Finance and Control post-graduation course. Coordinator of the Valuation and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) courses.

Currently a PhD candidate in Management at ISCTE Business School, focusing on corporate finance and M&A. João began his professional journey in strategic consulting, though the majority of his career has been in investment banking, initially at Millennium Investment Bank and subsequently at AXIA Ventures Group. João has specialized in corporate finance and M&A, providing financial advisory services for important transactions in Portugal, Angola, and Mozambique.

João holds both an undergraduate and a master’s degree in Management, with a specialization in corporate strategy, from NOVA School of Business and Economics in Lisbon and INSPER (Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa) in São Paulo.
