* As Associate Chair and Director of Graduate Studies, Physics Department, Princeton University: director of pre-doctoral program for underrepresented minorities, group leader of 'Allies Workshop' raising awareness of bias, ex-officio member of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiative, led a town hall on applying to graduate school targeting women and underrepresented minorities.
